Audixo products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. Products of other brands (for example, OnePlus) carry the brand’s own warranty, as per that brand’s terms. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a short video showing the issue.

Returns & replacement
If the product arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or has missing parts, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please report transit damage, wrong items or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video. Returns for change of mind are not accepted, and in-ear products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged, defective or wrong.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days: prepaid orders to the original payment method, COD orders by bank transfer or UPI.
