These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of audixo.in and to every purchase you make on it. The website is operated by KRISHIV ENTERPRICE, with its place of business at A- 126, Block A, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110017, India. Audixo is a brand of KRISHIV ENTERPRICE. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Our products

We sell audio products, mobile accessories, gadgets and desk and wall clocks. These include Audixo-branded products and products of other brands, such as OnePlus, which we sell as an authorised reseller. Product names, logos and trademarks of other brands belong to their owners. Measurements are approximate, and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST).
  • Shipping is free within India. The full amount payable is shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • You can pay online by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets through our secure payment partners, or choose Cash on Delivery where available.
  • Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹50 COD fee, paid online in advance at checkout. The rest is paid on delivery.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing or listing errors, an unserviceable pincode, incomplete details or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.

5. Purchases for personal use

Our products are sold to end customers for personal use. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale. For bulk or business enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

6. Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid only on the terms shown with them, such as minimum order value or validity period. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order, codes cannot be combined and they cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw an offer if it is misused.

7. Shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty

These are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Product use

Please follow the user guide that comes with each product. Use the recommended chargers and keep products away from water beyond their stated rating, heat and direct sunlight. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Audixo name and logo, photographs, videos, graphics and text, belongs to KRISHIV ENTERPRICE or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, give false information, place fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, including in reviews.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier disruptions or government actions.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
