Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order, return or replace a product and get a refund. It applies to all orders placed on audixo.in. For warranty on products after the return window, see our Warranty Policy.

1. Cancelling an order

  • Before dispatch: You can cancel free of charge by contacting us with your order number. We refund the full amount paid, including the COD fee.
  • After dispatch: An order cannot be cancelled once it has been handed to the courier. You may refuse delivery; for prepaid orders we refund the amount paid after the parcel reaches us. The ₹50 COD fee is not refunded for COD orders that are refused or not accepted at delivery.
  • Cancellation by us: We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, the pincode is not serviceable or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we inform you and refund the full amount paid, including the COD fee.

2. Return and replacement window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product:

  • arrives physically damaged;
  • is defective or does not work as described;
  • is different from what you ordered (wrong model or colour); or
  • is missing parts or accessories listed on the product page.

For transit damage, wrong products and missing items, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Earbuds and other in-ear audio products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are damaged, defective or wrong.

3. What we need from you

  • Your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • A continuous unboxing video and clear photos of the product, the box and the shipping label.
  • The product with its original box, accessories, manuals and invoice, without physical damage caused after delivery.

4. How to request a return or replacement

  1. Email audixo.in@gmail.com with your order number, the issue and photos or video.
  2. We review your request and reply within 2 working days.
  3. If approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup. If pickup is not available at your pincode, we tell you how to send the product and reimburse the courier charges.
  4. We inspect the product within 2 working days of receiving it and then send a replacement or process a refund.

5. Products that cannot be returned

  • Products damaged after delivery because of misuse, drops, liquid damage beyond the stated water-resistance rating or unauthorised repair.
  • Products returned without their original box, accessories or invoice.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window (these are handled under our Warranty Policy).

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes inspection, or after a cancellation is confirmed.
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to details you share with us. The ₹50 COD fee is refunded when we cancel the order, or when the product is damaged, defective or wrong.
  • Shipping is free, so no shipping charges are deducted from refunds.
  • After we process a refund, your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it in your account.

7. Replacements

Replacements are offered for damaged, defective or wrong products, subject to stock. If a replacement is not available, we give you a full refund.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it. Please mention your order number (if any) so we can help you faster.
