Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to products bought on audixo.in. It is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Audixo-branded products
Audixo-branded products, including our clocks and accessories, come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
2. Products of other brands
Products of other brands (for example, OnePlus) carry the manufacturer's warranty, as per that brand's terms. These claims are serviced by the brand's authorised service centres. Please keep your invoice; we are happy to help you with the process.
3. What the warranty covers
Defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use within the warranty period. If we confirm a defect in an Audixo-branded product, we repair or replace it, or refund it if a replacement is not available.
4. What the warranty does not cover
- Physical damage, cracks, dents, or damage from drops or accidents.
- Liquid damage beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating.
- Normal wear and tear, including natural reduction in battery life over time.
- Damage from misuse, wrong chargers, tampering or repair by anyone other than us or the brand's service centre.
- Lost parts or accessories.
5. How to make a warranty claim
- Email audixo.in@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a short video showing it.
- For Audixo-branded products, we arrange pickup or share the return address, inspect the product and reply within 7 working days of receiving it.
- For other brands, we share the brand's service details and help you raise the claim.
