  • Payment information: Payments are processed by our secure payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, products added to cart and how you reached our website, collected through cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies.

  • To process, confirm, ship and deliver your orders, including Cash on Delivery verification.
  • To send order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To handle cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, warranty claims and customer support.

  • our e-commerce platform provider (Shopify), which hosts our store;

  • our shipping platform (Shiprocket) and courier partners, to deliver your order;
  • brand service centres, only when you ask us to help with a manufacturer warranty claim;
  • messaging, email and analytics service providers that help us run our business;
  • government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Where your data is stored

Our store runs on Shopify, so some of your information may be stored or processed on secure servers outside India. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
