Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It should be in its original packaging with tags
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@audixo.in.
If your return is approved:
- We will provide instructions on how to send the item back
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Damages or Wrong Items
Please check your order when you receive it.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days without any reason.
The item must still be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund
